Well done in bringing the constitution up to date.
I notice reference to Midweek members having the same voting privileges as Ordinary members, but the voting privileges of Ordinary members are not defined. Booking privileges are also limited for Midweek - but not defined for Ordinary to enable a determination of the differences.
The rights and privileges of Ordinary members may need to be defined
cheers

Peter
Thanks for your feedback. Booking privileges and rates are set by the Committee from time to time, and are posted on our web site - http://www.rangatiraskiclub.co.nz/index.php/site/static/category/mid-week_membership/.
To remove the ambiguity raised in your blog, I propose an addition to “Interpretation” rule 2 to read -
“Member” shall be any person as defined in rule 5, and shall be subject to limitation of privileges (if any) as defined in rule 5.
In addition, I propose that the word “voting” be removed from the definition of mid week, as a mid week member is entitled to all priveleges of an orinary member, other than the fees they pay.
Regards
Vincent Papesch
