How do I get the door code?

Once paid an information sheet will be emailed to you including the current door code for your booking.

Will the power and gas be turned on?

It is always on at the Ohakune lodge.

Who organises the cleaning?

The booking officer will organise the exit clean but members are responsible for leaving the lodge in the same condition they found it and removing rubbish and recycling off the premises and taking to the refuse centre.

Are we able to use anything out of the pantry/kitchen?

Members are responsible for bringing their own food, however, pantry staples such as herbs, spices, cooking oil are available. If you use something completely, please let the booking officer know when you exit so it can be replenished.

Is there a portacot or highchair for little ones?

This can be arranged on request.

Do we have to pay a bond?

In most cases, a damage bond will be held and is refundable upon the lodge being cleaned and checked after exit. We expect that any damages will be reported and the cost to repair or replace to be deducted from the bond.
